While deploying changes across all CARTO SaaS tenant regions, a database migration unexpectedly took much longer than anticipated. This affected the performance of the database, resulting in platform instability and downtime for users in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Asia tenants. CARTO Self-hosted tenants are not affected.
