Workspace UI unavailable during a database maintenance

During a routinary database operation, a bug in the connection pool of one of the APIs connecting to the database caused that connections were never released and as a result, such pool got exhausted until we reset it. During such incident, clients workspace (UI) could have been unavailable.

The bug has been identified and it is already fixed.

The maintenance operation was done across all the tenant regions sequentially, therefore each region was not entirely affected during the whole incident duration.
